GROUND SHIPPING

$6.95 or FREE on orders over $50. Ground shipping is FREE for Silver and Rose Gold Loyalty members on all orders.

Please allow a minimum of 3-5 business days to receive your order.

For Click and Collect to your nearest UPS pick-up point, please allow 3-5 working days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day).

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your order.

Order by 1pm for same day dispatch, orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED

All orders of $500 or more will require signature upon delivery.

Special location exceptions

Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.Expedited orders shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional day to deliver.Rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

Important Information

Before we can dispatch your order we need to verify your card details with your card issuer. We do our best to ensure this is completed as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order confirmation email you know that your order has been authorized.

Business days and holidays

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Orders must be placed by 1pm EST to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next day.

Packages do not ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:

  • President’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Thanksgiving

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail. You may also call our Customer Service team.
